Halls Residence

The Challenge

Heritage restorations are notoriously difficult. Older homes hide expensive structural secrets, and modernising them requires a builder who knows how to upgrade the unseen bones of the house without destroying its historic soul.

The Execution

Gray Brothers Builders approached this restoration with immense respect for the original craftsmanship. We carefully navigated the structural and compliance upgrades required for modern living while meticulously preserving the property’s classic appeal. It is a masterclass in how disciplined renovation can protect a home’s character while bringing it into the 21st century.
